So, after doing some more research and reading the comments you all left, I’m pretty sure that this is vorticella, but it might also be fungus. For now, I’ve separated this shrimp and put her into her own quarantine tub with a bit of ich x to see if that make a difference. I’m hoping that this goes away so I don’t have to worry about it spreading to my other shrimp.

Do shrimp she’d there outer shells? My crayfish shed his multiple times and he always looked fuzzy first.
It’s either a molt or some type of fungus; so completely harmless or deadly. You might try posting on r/shrimptank they can probably help you out.
