Tough to say. Maybe old age or illness/disease
I got about 20 of them a couple months ago. Have had one die since with no explanation.
Cant comment of the orange stuff. Sorry for loss
Probably just didn’t adjust properly. The orange is most likely the start of the decomposition process as they lose their pigment and start to turn pink
Any change to have planarias in there?
