Was filming my shrimp being cute and caught a possible assault by Rainbow

I just upgraded my betta into my 20 gal with 2 amanos and am not sure how to tell if they’re getting along. He chases and flares at then sometimes but I haven’t seen him bite at all yet. (I added him last night). The shrimp run when he chases but don’t really hide, they’re still out and about once he leaves then alone. How do I know if they’re actually safe and he’s just curious or if it’s a disaster waiting to happen?
