Our Weekend Chef take a highway journey out to the Smart County Shrimp Farm to take a look at this years September harvest, and scored some massive freshwater prawns for his grill! The primary pond was harvested this previous Saturday (Sept. 14th), so you continue to have 2 extra Saturdays (Sept. twenty first and twenty eighth) you can get in on the recent shrimp motion.
