Sometimes shrimp can molt early and drop the eggs with the molt. You can throw the molt into an egg tumbler until they hatch!
They seem to be cells of some type. What makes you think they are shrimp eggs?
No, those are cilliates, most likely feeding on the shell.
Those are not shrimp eggs.
