Maybe an older shrimp? Unless you got them/raised as babies they could just have passed due to old age especially if you haven’t had any other deaths or spikes in parameters and it sounds well established!
Deaths happen. Ik it sucks but thats why they have so many babies, lost like 4 moms in a month too but now im doing good
