This makes me ill. I have been removing about one every two or three days from my tank. It’s doing the trick, they are disappearing quickly.
Planaria traps will work for these guys from what I hear. Put some meat in the trap, and set it with the holes facing down into your substrate. I hope you can remedy this
Sorry you are dealing with what seems to be an infestation. I know they are a bear to pull off the glass. Get a 16″ pair of aquascapong tongs to pull them out. I bought a set of extra long stainless steel aquascaping tools for about $20 from CanadianPrecisionProducts on eBay.
