Definitely not Anubias, looks like a wilted water sprite that’s probably too far gone
Idk if it’s water sprite and the stem isn’t mushy it might come back
If it’s anubias it is too far into the substrate. The rhizome being buried will eventually rot the plant. But I agree it’s probably not anubias. The stems don’t look right for that to me.
