Hey everyone! I recently added a couple more shrimp to my tank as I already had two that I got as hitchhikers lol, and was hoping to get a female as the rest are males. I noticed this one seems to have a saddle where the others don’t, so is it a female?

That’s a female. She’s more thick bodied and has a more curved tail than a male (more angular tail).
Probably. It’s tail is thick. They call that a saddle or skirt. Males tend to be smaller especially around the tail
