I have never seen that color on an ammonia reading. Ammonia is going to be yellow, flourescent green, or green green (never orange). It looks like a 5ppm Nitrate reading. The Nitrate color I have also never seen. That looks like a high range ph reading of 7.4.

Nitrates color seems weird. Did you shake the bottles for 30 seconds? And did you shake the tube for 1 minute before starting your five minute timer?

It looks like 0 ammonia and nitrite, 5ppm nitrate.
