The simple answer is no, the complex answer is hard to answer.
Some sea salt products have heavy metals in them, the pink seen in some sea salt is iron oxide/rust. Obviously copper which wouldn’t bother us would be deadly to shrimp.
I don’t know if there they regulate or have to measure/disclose other contaminants which might be in it. Also it’s important to not have additives (like iodine).
Kosher salt lacks other minerals/electrolytes (like calcium carbonate), I don’t know if brine shrimp need those to thrive offhand.
