Hello there fellow shrimp keeper, yellow should be ramshorn, blue from what I can tell could be roots for your java fern, baby java ferns 🙂 and pink should be nerite but as for shrimp the female shrimp carries the eggs on her swimmerets until the baby shrimp is ready to hatch and they are born as little versions of the parents. So most likely snail eggs and baby plants.
