i would be careful with the filter on the back, one of my friend has a similar set up and there always seems to be a shrimp get stuck back there despite adding a sponge against the wholes.. also you could try going for a dirted tank too and keep some live plants there. good luck!

things shrimp like well mine do ; sponge filters , moss , floating plants , leaf litter. with plenty of plants you might not need a filter
