Looks fine to me. I think she’s got transparent sections on either side of her head and that ‘spot’ you’re seeing is the internal organs in her head. This means that it should change colors every once in a while (over the course of an hour or so). Rust disease will affect the outer shell. You can see some of her blue spottiness over that yellow area, indicating that the coloration is coming from within and is *not* on her shell, therefore it is *not* rust disease.

That is just the colouration, they are called rili shrimp it’s completely normal
Agreeing that those are transparent sections on her shell, NOT holes. I believe you’re seeing developing eggs there!
