They’ll look much less vivid when they’re getting ready to molt. Unless you know they’ve molted very recently, it’s normal.
This is a normal coloration that develops with age. They aren’t losing color they are developing a lighter pattern on their back. This happens very frequently with shrimp as they age.
U could try adding some of those leaves and stuff for tannis? I read they promote vibrant colours
