Scuds. Fish will eat them.
They are great to add to your aquarium. If you’re lucky you might even get a sustaining population to help supplement your feedings. They’ll help turn/aerate your substrate too benefiting those plants.
doesnt those things hunt and kill baby shrimps and stuff
Bought some plants from my LFS and saw these in the water from the plant bag. I am not sure what they are and if they are safe to add to my aquarium.
I think these are in fact water-lice. Too large and flat to be scuds IMO.
