If your tank is new, it’s likely not old enough with beneficial bacteria, plants getting established etc. I’m sorry for your loss, I’d try waiting maybe another month or so and letting your tanks age more before getting new shrimp friends. New tanks are so sensitive with their parameters and it takes time for that beneficial bacteria (and their fave food – algae) to grow and to grow diatoms

  2. Idk if you’re using aquarium salt but that’s bad for them as well. Get a nitrate/nitrite pad for your filter and let it cycle for another month

  3. What are your tank parameters? Ph, ammonia nitrite nitrate and if possible gh and kH
